Standardisation through automation – How the CHRU Nancy lab benefitted from BD’s CE-IVD solutions

BD’s customers at the CHRU de Nancy, France wished to economise on and standardise the practice of flow cytometry in their laboratory.

They chose the BD FACSLyric™ Flow Cytometer integrated with the BD FACSDuet™ Sample Preparation System to overcome their challenges. This solution has enabled several improvements like assay portability and driving workflow standardization. The BD connectivity solution allows direct data transfer to the laboratory information system (LIS), resulting in traceability and fewer transcription errors. The new solution has also been greatly appreciated by accreditation authorities.
